Applications SOUGHT FOR Club Coaching Position 2012-13

Ormond Glen Huntly Baseball Club, (OGBC) which competes in Division Two of the Baseball Victoria Summer League, is now seeking interest for their Head Coach position for the 2012/13 season.
Applications are sought for the senior coaching position for the 2012/13 season with responsibilities that include:
- Head of Coaching Panel
- Sets club coaching strategy
- Sets First IX game day strategy
- Plans and delivers senior training sessions
- Communicates club and game day strategy to key stakeholders
- Attract new players and maintain a strong playing group
- Reports to Club Committee and attends Club events
The application process comprises the following three parts.
- A brief email (equivalent to one page) expressing interest in the position. The email should set out the applicant’s key achievements and detail the skills and values that the applicant would bring to the position if successful.
- The expressions of interest will be assessed by the sub-committee and a short list prepared at the absolute discretion of the sub-committee. Short-listed applicants will be invited to be interviewed by one or more members of the Sub-Committee.
- The Sub-Committee will provide recommendations to the OGBC Committee for their consideration and applicants will be advised accordingly.
